Return Policy

Cher Fan Club offers limited return and refund eligibility based on the nature of the merchandise sold.

 

Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or decided to change their mind after completing the purchase.

If an item arrives damaged or with a verified defect, Cher Fan Club will provide a replacement or issue a refund. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence demonstrating the issue. The damaged item does not need to be returned.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times vary depending on the payment provider and the currency used at checkout.

If an issue affects multiple items from the same order, additional documentation may be required. This may include a photo or video clearly showing all affected products together for verification purposes.

 

Cher Fan Club is not responsible for customer ordering errors, including incorrect size or color selection. These situations are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

If an order cannot be delivered and is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may choose between a paid reshipment or a partial refund excluding original shipping costs.

​

Minor variations in appearance or print alignment may occur and are considered acceptable. Variations of up to 0.5 inch in placement do not qualify as defects.​
